4.2 We promise on time product deliveries to customers. However, we shall not be held responsible for delivery delays due to natural catastrophe or severe weather conditions.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

  • All delivery times are subject to availability. As draper street products are not massed produced there may be times when items are out of stock. Delivery will be made as soon as they become available and you will be kept informed of the time frame.
  • If item is in stock, then following delivery details will apply.
  • Standard delivery – UK, Europe, and rest of the world – free of charge
  • This will be within 2-3 working days of order being received within the UK and up to a maximum of 10 working days for order outside the UK.
  • With limited additions pre-sells we will ship on day of launch via next day delivery free of charge.
  • All orders will be sent via DHL and will require a signature at the receiving end.
