Return Policy

Our Return Policy

At Draper Street, we do everything we can to ensure you are happy with your purchase, but we know that sometimes a product is just not right. We have made every effort to make our return policy as easy as possible for our customers.

Please see our terms of return below.

  • You must return an item within 28 days starting from date of delivery in order to receive a full refund.
  • Returns will be only accepted if items are in a resalable condition and unworn without the tags attached.
  • All refunds will be made in the form of the original payment/card.
  • Any original shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • All returns must be authorised by Draper Street in advance
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

  • Please ensure that you complete and enclose the returns form included with your original order. If you have misplaced this, please include some paperwork telling us your details (i.e., Name, address, and order number).
  • If a parcel is returned without paperwork enclosed with the goods, it is impossible for us to identify the sender, and to therefore issue a refund/exchange for the parcel.
  • We strongly suggest using a trackable method to send items back to us, such as royal mail 1st class recorded delivery, or a method which gives you a tracking number.
  • We recommend this, because if items get lost on the normal post, we regret we are not responsible for any lost items.
  • Using a tracked service will enable you to claim from your chosen delivery company in the unfortunate circumstances that a parcel may go missing.
  • Please keep your tracking receipt safe until your return has been processed.
  • Your refund will be issued to the payment method used to pay originally for the item.
  • Please allow 10 working days, from the date of posting for your parcel to us, for your returned item to be processed and your refund to be issued.
  • Once a refund is issued from us, the time frame for the funds to be back in your account is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control.
  • If after 30 working days of returning your item, you have not been refunded please contact us on our contact us page.

WE REGRET THAT WE DO NOT PROVIDE FREE RETURNS LABELS, SO RETURN POSTAGE IS AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. WE DO HOWEVER SEND EXCHANGE OUT FREE OF CHARGE TO YOU.

NON UK RETURNS

PLEASE ENSURE THAT WHEN RETURNING ITEMS TO THE UK, ALL ABOVE POINTS ARE COVERED BUT THAT ALSO ALL DUTIES, CUSTOMS AND VAT PAYABLE ARE PAID BY YOU AS THE CUSTOMER TO ENSURE ITEM ARE SUCCESSFULLY RETURNED BACK TO US AND NOT RETURNED TO SENDER.
